Children’s Ministry

Grace is the place for kids! At Grace we have a dynamic children’s ministry that nurtures spiritual growth at every level.

The Pond: Ages 0-3

The Nursery Program provides a nurturing environment where babies receive loving attention. Each class provides lessons specifically designed for these precious little ones. The Word of God is planted through sound, sight and touch. The Nursery team provides a safe loving environment for your child to grow. “The seed becomes a tiny plant.”

The Lagoon: Ages 4-7

The Angels class combines dynamic lessons and activities designed for this active age group. The children participate in praise and worship, offering, bible study, prayer and ministry. Each child is encouraged to develop a personal relationship with God and memorize scriptures. “Where the tiny plant is watered and nurtured by the Son of God, the plant grows strong and becomes a bush.”

The Deep: Ages 8-12

The Power Plant takes the kids to the next level by offering opportunities to minister in the Holy Spirit. Music, drama, games and multi-media are part of the church services designed to reach pre-teens at their level. Service and ministry are encouraged as well as outreach to their communities.” Where the bush is watered by the word and nurtured by the Holy Spirit, the bush becomes a fruit bearing tree.”

Parent Co-op.

The Children’s ministry is a team effort and the parents are active volunteers in their children’s classroom. Assisting with registration, snacks, games, and set-up helps our teachers focus on the ministry to your children. Parents are also blessed by viewing first hand the spiritual growth of their child.

Volunteers

This ministry team depends on all of us working together to give our best to the children each week. Our services are the same as the adult church but on a kid’s level. Volunteers are needed for praise and worship, offering, prayer and ministry for Sundays and Wednesdays. You may assist the teachers during class time and help behind the scenes.
